LocalRange LLC is an online platform dedicated to providing high-quality digital learning resources for IT and cybersecurity certification preparation.

Our Mission

Our mission is to make cybersecurity education more accessible, practical, and aligned with real-world needs. We aim to help learners not only understand concepts but also apply them effectively in real-world scenarios.

Founder

LocalRange LLC was founded by Vinh Nguyen Tran Tuong, an experienced cybersecurity instructor and educator.

Vinh has been recognized as a Top 5 Instructor in APAC by EC-Council and is a certified instructor for CompTIA. He is also the director of IICT (Vietnam), an organization that collaborates with global certification bodies and delivers official training programs.

Community Contributions

Beyond commercial training, Vinh actively contributes to the cybersecurity community through multiple educational initiatives:

  • CyberAwareness – a platform focused on raising cybersecurity awareness (cyberawareness.pro)

  • ChildSafe Online – an initiative dedicated to protecting children in the digital environment (childsafe.online)
